The bike showed up on time and no damage to the box from shipping. Everything was packed well. This is a solid ebike . It has good speed a nice handling. Expect to upgrade the seat unless you have buns of steel. And if you live in an apartment or or you plan on storing the bike in the house be prepared to lift this heavy bike. I have done plenty of upgrades that this bike is missing. So far… Front suspension fork, extra led light with horn and taillight BMX handlebars, suspension seat post, rear rack ect. I’m cool with everything else, and I love riding it. The customer support is also pretty good, kindly answer my questions.

Love this ebike fun to cruise in the city. The only thing i didn’t like is the brakes they are One piston brake I replaced them with dual piston one’s.but is great ebike.
