I thought all the extras on this bike were going to be cheesy, but they were actually very cool. The smoke and flames work so well and look really realistic. The engines noises are fun, and the way the engine lights up and changes colors while you ride combined with the flames coming out the tail pipes and the working headlight makes it really fun to ride after dark.

There is a lot to be said about this mini bike that isn’t in the description. It has a 24v 160w motor. The battery type is Li-ion 21.9v 5.2a and it has 12 inch tires. It takes 4 hours to charge and my 8 and 11 year old, average sized grandkids, got about an hour of continuous ride time on black top. Keep in mind that the size of child and type of terrain will be the deciding factor of how far you can take this on a single charge. The frame is entirely metal and it feels like a real mini bike. Reminds me of the old Honda mini bikes from the 70’s, except electric. The only things on this bike that are plastic are the funny little add ons, like the pretend engine, the smoking tail pipes and the gas tank and fenders. You can do a lot better on price for a similar engine, battery and wheel size, but the fun of all the little extras surprisingly makes the extra price worth it.

It was pretty easy to assemble and I hardly read the instructions. I charge the batter overnight before it’s first use. My 6 yrs old nephew really likes it. It runs 10MPH and definitely need shin guards, gloves and a helmet for your kid’s safety. Kids above 8 yrs+ should be able to handle it easily. I honestly would be cautious in letting kids below 4 yrs old to ride it as it can really go fast for them. Always wear safety gears, especially a helmet. Overall, it a nice fast(10mph) ride for the kids.

I know this is an expensive toy, but it is just so cool. It has lights, sounds and even “exhaust” which is super cool. It is low to the ground though, so taller kids may have a hard time riding it. It can go quite fast, so making sure your kids are ready for that kind of speed, and of course have the proper safety gear, is a huge deal with this electric bike. The battery lasts long enough for everyone to get a turn, but not long enough for everyone to ride for as long as their hearts desired, but I don’t think they make a battery that lasts that long. Assembly isn’t bad at all, and the end product is more than worth it. This is one of the most giftable things I have ever seen, and I think any kid would be super excited to have this ride.

This bike has to be the coolest thing ever! Before I jump into all the excitement, let me start out saying that this bike was purchased for a 6 year old. She is on the tall side, but it fits her perfectly. There will definitely be time needed for practice, please make sure the child has on the proper gear before letting them take off on this bike.This bike took some thinking to assemble. I saw that others said it was easy. I believe that just depends on if you’re handy or not. The speeds of this bike will take some getting use to. The slow speeds are too slow, but the fast speeds will be just right once you get the hang of it. I love the throttle sounds. Makes is sound as if you are on a motorcycle for real. This bike is worth the money. I wish this was something I had as a kid. Any kid will love this. The colors of the bike is amazing. Just please be sure to purchase protective gear.
