I bought this SHUOHAO 8 in 1 heat press for two purposes. First, I wanted to make small quantities of T-shirts using those laser-printable decals, which require a heat press to apply to the shirts. Second, I wanted to use it for the ‘thermal toner transfer’ scheme of making small quantities of printed circuit boards for electronics projects.I was impressed by the apparent mechanical quality, considering the fairly low price.

This is my first heat press to own and I love it. It does take some time learning how to use it, how to get the pressure just right for the shirts but once you figure it out, it is easy to use.

It weighs around 17KG. It does take a little longer then I would like for it to heat up to the right temp but it’s ok!!
